IN WHICH AREAS OF ITALY DO YOU WORK?

I work in all regions of Italy, in the last period I have taken wedding photo shoots in Marche, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Puglia, Sicily, the Amalfi Coast, Lombardy and Veneto.

ARE YOU WILLING TO MOVE ABROAD?

Yes, I love travelling and learning about new cultures. As for now I have realized wedding photo shoots all over Italy and my aim is being contacted soon around the world for a photo shooting job! So, just call me!

WILL YOU BE THE ONE TO PHOTOGRAPH OUR WEDDING?

Yes, absolutely. I’m used to engage myself only for a wedding per day, so I’ll never send other guys on their own to shoot photos at your day. Every year I accept a limited number of requests so to be able to focus on each event and make it unique and perfect. I will follow personally your wedding: both regarding the shooting phase, and working to post-production.

CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE BOOKING?

Of course, I think it is absolutely essential to know each other, before booking. We can meet in my office here in Ostuni, Puglia. But if you are far away, let’s use Skype. I really love it!

HOW LONG SHOULD WE WAIT BEFORE SEEING THE PHOTOS?

Generally the service delivery takes between 2 weeks and 4 months.

HAVE YOU WON SOME AWARD?

I’m an active member of some national and international organizations and I participate to international contests all the year. I take part in these competitions because I want to grow and compare myself with other colleagues all around the globe. Sometimes I win and sometimes I lose, it's like a game! Honestly, I just want to tell you that there are so many talented photographers who doesn’t attend these competitions and so I recommend you to not evaluate the skill by the number of awards received. Sure, I participate in photo contests exclusively to feel thrilled and to compare myself continuously. Anyway, should you need a guarantee of quality from these awards: yes, I have received national and international prizes and awards, and for several years we have won the Wedding Awards with Matrimonio.com as the most reviewed Photo Studio in Puglia.

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE?

I don't have a single and defined style, I love enjoying and having fun with what I do, with my camera, I want to make images that have the ability to excite even after lots of years. I just want to tell a story and I use photo-journalistic techniques to achieve that, this allow me to grasp the spontaneity of events, leaving you free to enjoy at the best your day, to let you stay with your closest friends and relatives without suffering because of an overbearing photographer. Only in this manner I will be able to discreetly capture unique and unrepeatable moments like a father's tear, the embrace of a friend, a glance of complicity, a mother who affectionately fix the bride veil, a child yawning during the ceremony, or even a tipsy uncle dancing on the table… and many other special moments. My works wants to make you remember the moments that you experienced firsthand, but also everything that happened around you that day but for the emotion, for the euphoria and for the confusion you failed to grasp or notice: the details, the nuances and many small, but very important, details. If during the day you also want some posing photos I will be very happy to shoot them, I will create for you dynamic and static images that will bring you out the romantic, sweet or crazy persons you are.

ARE WE FREE TO PRINT THE PHOTOS WHERE WE WANT?

Yes, you have no printing contract with me, you can print wherever you want, because for each service I will release all the photographs at maximum resolution.

Yes. I am.

DO YOU ALSO MAKE VIDEO?

We make videos, in cinematic style, with professionals I have been collaborating with, for several years. I selected videographers in line with my style (they are also studio components) that have the same passion as me and the same desire to excite and to get excited. I strongly believe that if the spouses choose me and they also want the video of their wedding, they do trust in me and remain very satisfied all the times, since both final products are similar and complementary. Every day my experience confirms that! I want to emphasize that our long collaboration leads us to work with a great understanding, without any interfering in one another's activities. Just a glance or a small gesture, and we understand each other. We manage to move discreetly during the ceremony, and this is very important.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS YOU WILL TAKE DURING OUR WEDDING?

There are no limits to the number of shots taken during a day of shooting. I work with digital Reflex and that allows me maximum creativity and the continuous search for details, situations and events during your wedding day, but always with the utmost discretion.

HOW MANY HOURS CAN YOU WORK DURING OUR EVENT?

My day will be entirely dedicated to you newlyweds; it begins with your preparations and ends with the cutting of the cake. I'm wont’ look at the clock, but after more than 12 hours of work I really need a rest ... I'm not a cyborg!

WHO WILL CHOOSE THE PHOTOGRAPHS TO BE POST PRODUCED?

I will do it. But if you will find some photos that eye-catch you, I will make you the post production without additional costs.

WETHER WE ALSO WANTED THE ALBUM WHO WILL CHOOSE OF PHOTOS TO PRINT?

In this case I prefer you to choose them. You can choose them from the photos post produced. In this article you will find my favorite albums.

WE HAVE SEEN A LOT OF PHOTOGRAPHS ON THE SITE AND BLOG, DO YOU ALWAYS ASK THE DISCLAIMER TO USE THE IMAGES?

Yes, I always ask for the sign of the disclaimer release because it is fundamental for me to be able to communicate and share the work I do, on the web.

DO YOU WORK ONLY IN AMBIENT LIGHT OR DO YOU ALSO USE ARTIFICIAL LIGHT?

In 99% of cases I work using ambient light, but in some extreme situations I am forced to use the flash light.

HOW OUR PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE ARCHIVED, WILL YOU MAKE A BACK-UP?

The cameras I use have a dual slot for the memory cards, this means that while I photograph, I already have the back-up of your photographs. At the end of the shooting day, I’ll save a third backup on an external hard disk. The days after, when I’ll be back in the studio, before formatting the memory cards, all the work will be saved on 2 hard drives I own, and on your third back up copy, an external hard drive that you will deliver to me on your wedding day or some day before. This hard drive will be the one you will receive upon the service delivery within all the original files and a slide show in full HD.

DID YOU REMOVE EXPRESSION WRINKLES, EYE CIRCLES, BIG EARS, CROOKED NOSE, FLAB ROLLS ETC...?

The post production work I do on the selected images not includes photo-retouching, I only correct any pimples, labial herpes or small bruises. I don't make fashion photo shoots during the wedding day.

IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS YOU SHOW ON YOUR BLOG WE HAVE NOTICED THAT YOU OFTEN LIKE TO CONTEXTUALIZE THEM, BUT IF THE LOCATION WE HAVE CHOSEN FOR THE RECEPTION HAS MANY ELEMENTS OF DISTURBANCE AND IT IS NOT SO BEAUTIFUL, CAN YOU AVOID TO PHOTOGRAPH IT AND FOCUS MORE ON PORTRAITS?

Assuming that the locations you have chosen are a frame of the sequence of events on your wedding day and thus they are very important for both of us, I cannot remove them in my shots. Obviously where I’ll see disturbing elements, I will do my best not ot shoot them, but be aware that it’s not always possible. I just ask you to keep in mind this indication: space and light are fundamental for the success of a high level reportage.

IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS YOU SHOW ON YOUR BLOG WE HAVE NOTICED THAT YOU OFTEN PHOTOGRAPH FRIENDS AND RELATIVES, BUT WE DON’T CARE OF THEM, WE JUST WANT PHOTOS WHERE WE ARE ALONE. COULD YOU SATISFY US?

In the images story I create, there are also the people you invited and if you choose me as your photographer, it means you’ll see this people in your photos as an added value. In any case, I will find a way to please you and shot portrait of only you spouses.

IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS THAT YOU SHOW ON YOUR BLOG THERE ARE LOTS OF INTERACTIONS BETWEEN THE PEOPLE. WE SEE A LOT OF HAPPYNES, SMILES, DANCING, EMBRACES AMONG THEM. YOUR SUBJECTS SHOW GOOD EMOTIONS AND THEY ARE HAVING FUN. ARE YOU GOOD TO GET AND CREATE THESE MOMENTS OR THESE WEDDINGS ARE REALLY SO FUN AND EXCITING?

The photographic reportage is closely connected to what’s happening in that moment, my skill is to anticipate the action and capture it with the camera. If nobody dances and you have dreamed of a dancing party, if no one hugs and kisses you, and you have dreamed of a wedding full of emotions, if during the church ceremony you always have your head down with your eyes on the Mass booklet, and you have dreamed of photographs full of looks of complicity, you surely won’t expect me to turn into a magician. What I can do for you is to give you a list of very useful tips!

CAN WE SEND TO YOU A LIST OF PHOTOS THAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE DURING THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING?

I don't work like this. In order to express my creativity, I don't need indications, and indeed, I’d feel them constraining. I couldn’t live and work comfortably for your day, but if you have specific requests for group photographs with friends and relatives, I will be happy to grant them. It could be useful wether you want to be sure that all the people important to you will appear in at least one photograph.

DO WE HAVE TO PROVIDE YOU FOR YOUR MEALS?
